Corporate Property Services professionals provide portfolio and property management services to corporations and institutions that outsource their real estate management functions. OPERATING ENGINEER - Cambridge, MA Responsibilities: Ensure all mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment is properly installed and maintained which will include performing maintenance on all equipment. Conduct routine and on-going assessment of the building systems and operations. Perform tests, rounds and analyses data to ensure the proper functioning of equipment. Appraise management of any conditions that affect building operations or occupant comfort. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required. 4 years of experience in electrician or HVAC trade, and back-up systems is required. Knowledge of maintenance/operation of building automation and fire safety systems. Stationary engineer or universal HVAC certification is required along with any certifications required by local province. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and use 26 foot ladder.
